Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter, Based London City, UK 

Basic salary £22 - 40,000 + benefits + market leading commission scheme

OTE Year One - £60,000  Year Two £85,000 plus

 

Bridgeman International is a recruitment solutions provider that operates exclusively within the financial services market. Our core area of expertise lies within on Investment Management, Hedge Funds, Private Banking and Wealth Management. Due to rapid expansion plans an exciting opportunity has arisen for two Trainee Recruiters to join the team as either a recruiter or a headhunter.

We have a superb opportunity to work with high achievers in a meritocracy. We are looking to hire people who will be our futures Directors and leaders. We offer full training via a formal 12 week training programme, followed by continuous mentoring and coaching throughout your career at Bridgeman. The role requires:  

• Graduate from leading university
• Confident communication skills
• Business level English
• Entitled to work in the UK
